At the time this document is written, the following are known limitations with the scanner. 


TWAIN Driver - 500 DPI Color scanning with Compress Transfers enabled
When the Quality level is set to 100% the final scanned image may be corrupted.
Set the Quality level to 90% or lower when scanning in Color mode at 500 dpi.

Note: the OneTouch options "Configure Before Scan" and "Use TWAIN DriverPLUS Settings" use the TWAIN settings when scanning. 
If the TWAIN interface is set with the options described above, then the corrupted images will be seen when scanning from OneTouch as well. 


If possible, a new scanner driver, Visioneer Acuity, or scanner firmware may be provided to work around any issue reported herein. 
A fix is not available at this time. Please regularly check the support pages for your scanner at www.xeroxscanners.com for updated scanner drivers.
